What do we have for your kids?
When searching for a church, one of the first questions that comes to mind is, "What do you have for my kids?" The real question is what don't we have? At Sandhill Christian Baptist Church, we offer Bible teaching and instruction from dedicated teachers who spend many hours in prayer and preparation. Each child will be grouped according to age (0-3, 4-6, 7-9, and 10-12) and will rotate from station to station. The learning stations are made up of the lesson of the day, crafts, snacks and music. We ensure that your child is in great hands. Our teachers are made up of moms, nurses and veteran Sunday School teachers who put their heart into teaching our children about Christ. Children's classes are offered every Sunday morning at 9:30 and 10:45. We also have our Walk Wise Wednesday Program every Wednesday at 7:00 pm where we follow along with the curriculum from the AWANA Program.
What about teens?
In our modern, ever changing society, the most important things a teenager can learn is the truths about the Word of God. If you are ready to gain a closer walk and relationship with the Lord, you have come to the right place. Here at Sandhill Youth (SHY) our goal is to teach our teenagers how God’s Word relates to their everyday life and how a strong relationship in Christ can give them deep roots in the faith. It is a relaxed, fun environment, but always Christ centered and focused. Teen Classes are offered every Sunday Morning at 9:30 with special events scheduled at various times.
Do we have any fun?
Who said being a Christian can't be fun? At Sandhill Youth, we find all kinds of ways to have fun! Annual Easter Egg Hunts featuring inflatables, Pizza Parties, Youth Rallies, Youth Fieldtrips, VBS, and Church Camp at Peace Valley Youth Camp are just some of what make Sandhill Youth so fun! At Sandhill Youth, not only will your kids walk close with God, but they will find friends, family, and love that they will have for the rest of their lives.
